About the Founder

Darshil is the founder of A D Y & Associates. He is a Chartered Accountant who also holds a B.Com, a law degree (LLB) and ICAI's DISA qualification, bringing together accounting, tax, legal and systems perspectives on every matter. He handles complex tax advisory and litigation, from structuring transactions and giving written opinions to drafting replies, representing clients at hearings and arguing appeals under GST and Income Tax. He leads a team that supports businesses across direct and indirect tax, corporate law, FEMA, startup and finance advisory, and accounting, and believes clients deserve a straight answer on where they stand.
